Mission & Values

It is our mission to provide needy and neglected children with the basic necessities of food and clothing. No child should wonder where their next meal is coming from or suffer from a lack of season appropriate, size appropriate clothing. We have two programs to address these needs, ‘Hope Totes’ and ‘Feed the Children.’

PGA TOUR player Tim Petrovic and wife Julie began For Every Child in 2008 with a deep commitment to provide children with much-needed necessities.


‘Hope Totes’ provides children in emergency shelters, safe houses and children in the foster care system with a tote full of new clothing, socks, underwear, pajamas and a toiletry bag. Children ages six and under also receive a hand made blanket. The tote is re-usable as a school bag or bag to store their belongings.


Feed the Children provides financial assistance to established children’s programs at local food banks and is mainly administered at school.

Founders' Promise

We are committed to 100% volunteer leadership.

  • For Every Child, Inc, is an all volunteer charity, there are no paid positions.
  • We are a 501 (c) 3 charity committed to making the most of every donation. In fact, all over head costs are covered by the founders so 100% of all donations benefit the children.
  • We contribute to other 501 (c) 3 charities that provide shelter and education to needy children.
  • Any marketing support the organization receives is via direct corporate donations, meaning the sponsor covers all costs directly. We do not use your donations to help us get the word out.


Co-founders Tim and Julie Petrovic ensure 100% of all funds raised are used responsibly.

As president and founder of For Every Child, Julie invests much of her time and resources into the organization.

PGA Champions Tour golf professional Tim is actively involved in the management of For Every Child and provides significant contacts in the sports world which generates awareness of the charity and sources of contributions.
